Accelerated A/B Testing for E-Commerce Product Optimization
The client sought faster validation of UX and functionality changes on two e-commerce platforms, aiming to shorten decision cycles and quantify commercial benefits. We implemented a structured A/B testing framework, leveraging LaunchDarkly for controlled experimentation. The process included evaluating current user experiences, formulating measurable hypotheses, developing variants, and measuring user behavior through GA4 and Tag Manager. Statistical confidence was achieved through rigorous testing, with winning variants rolled out to all users and losing variants providing insights for future iterations. Key elements tested included product reviews, sticky filters, and layout variations, enabling data-driven optimization of user journeys and conversion rates.
