CCV's Digital Payment Solutions: Building Accessibility from the Ground Up

CCV started with an interactive awareness session for its international, hybrid team, teaching them the fundamentals of digital accessibility, from WCAG to legislation. Following this, a location-based accessibility sprint brought design and development teams together to apply accessibility principles in their daily work. The result was a fully accessible payment page and new themes within the CCV webshop. By focusing on practical application and direct feedback, CCV avoided lengthy reports and instead fostered a culture of accessibility awareness. The project led to accessible concepts for pin terminals, ready for testing with real users, while also boosting organizational awareness of the importance of accessibility.
