Amsterdam's Inclusive Compass: Designing for 850k Citizens

The project involved 57 in-depth interviews and three design sprints to create inclusive design principles for digital services. These principles guide the municipality in making services accessible to seniors, citizens with minor mental disabilities, and migrants. The findings were integrated into the website, and new projects like remote viewing and video calling are underway. The research expanded to include more diverse groups, ensuring broader impact.
