Dedimo's Innovative Solutions for Enhanced Patient Experience
Zooma collaborated with Dedimo to develop innovative solutions that enhance the patient and provider experience in ADHD care. The project focused on optimizing the user journey, integrating advanced features, and ensuring accessibility. The result was a more efficient and empathetic care environment, leading to positive feedback from both patients and healthcare professionals. In addition, Zooma partnered with Hospital Hero to expand its reach, collaborating with experts from Nell, TU Delft, and Naturalis. The initiative aimed to create a more inclusive healthcare ecosystem, increasing hospital adoption. The gamification approach in the app was designed to reduce anxiety and stress in children's hospital visits, making the experience more engaging and less stressful.
