Poortvliet's Magento 2 Upgrade & Slaapdirect Launch: Enhanced E-commerce Experience
After a technical Magento audit, Dutchwebdesign successfully acquired Poortvliet's online shop and collaborated with iOne to enhance its e-commerce strategy. The primary goal was to drive foot traffic to physical stores, which was achieved through conversion rate optimization and a comprehensive customer wish list. A new store, Slaapdirect, was launched with a focus on online sales, and a Magento 2 update enabled full access to the pagebuilder across all four shops. This upgrade significantly improved functionality and user experience, supporting Poortvliet's goals of expanding its digital presence. The project demonstrated effective collaboration between Poortvliet and iOne, resulting in a 10,000+ product catalog and three operational stores.
