Inclusive Design for Bartiméus: Accessible Corporate Site Creation
Creating an accessible corporate site for Bartiméus required designing a multisite solution that retained their brand identity while ensuring usability for people with visual impairments. The team leveraged a CMS to maintain consistency across both the new platform and the existing 'Werken bij' site, reusing existing features for efficiency. This approach allowed for a seamless user experience, focusing on intuitive navigation and high contrast elements to enhance readability. The result was a site that not only reflected Bartiméus' values but also empowered users with visual impairments to engage with the organization effectively.
