Mijndomein WordPress Revamp: Streamlined UX & Faster Domain Purchase
Enrise collaborated with Mijndomein and third-party developers to revamp their WordPress webshop, enhancing user experience and efficiency. The microservices architecture enabled phased deployment, allowing functional improvements without disrupting existing operations. The redesign focused on intuitive domain purchasing, real-time pricing, and seamless integration with backends like billing and order handling. The result was a faster, more user-friendly platform that improved domain acquisition processes. The project leveraged Symfony, DDD, and BDD/Behat for robust development, with Redis and MariaDB supporting scalable operations. Teams worked closely through demos and technical overviews, ensuring smooth integration of the new design and features.
