Empathy-driven Design for Universal Access

CoronaMelder was developed as a community-driven app that addressed the unique needs of all users in Nederland, balancing public health concerns with privacy. The project involved collaboration with experts from within and outside the government, ensuring inclusivity and user trust. UX researchers played a key role in involving users at every stage of development, creating an app that truly resonates with its diverse audience.
