Who is responsible

Information we handle

• Details you submit, such as your name, email address, company or agency information, portfolio links, and project answers.
• Account, subscription, follow, bookmark, purchase, and communication information when you use those features.
• Technical information such as page URL, browser, device, IP address, security logs, and aggregated usage data.

Why we use it

• To provide requested agency matches, listing reviews, account features, subscriptions, purchases, and support.
• To operate, secure, measure, and improve Agency Inside and its funnels.
• To send relevant updates when you ask for them or where otherwise permitted.
• To meet administrative, legal, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Depending on the interaction, processing is based on your request or contract, consent, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

Service providers and transfers

We use providers for hosting, email, payments, analytics, security, infrastructure, automation, and the INSIDE funnel technology. They receive only the information needed for their role. Where information is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards where required.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or longer where required for administration, security, evidence, or legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the situation, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email seb@agencyinside.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
