Frontis developed a 'best-of-breed' platform that seamlessly integrated WILA's technical systems, offering a user-friendly experience while ensuring efficiency for the company. The solution leveraged Azure cloud hosting, enabling scalable and future-proof operations. Users gained real-time access to orders, inventory, and pricing, with full control over product orders and delivery destinations. The platform also integrated with WILA's Tooladvisor and Smart Tooling App, enhancing functionality and workflow efficiency. WILA expanded its multilingual capabilities by launching the platform in five languages, supported through Umbraco Translation Manager, and managed two distinct ERP systems for USA and Global operations. The platform's design ensured easy access for employees and partners, with single-sign-on for seamless authentication.
