Codal redesigned Mt. Hood Meadows' website into a mobile-friendly, user-first eCommerce platform. The new site streamlines lift ticket and equipment rentals, drives online sales, and reduces strain on customer service through intuitive UX and dynamic pricing features. Since 1968, Mt. Hood Meadows has offered some of the most spectacular skiing and snowboarding in the northwest. The challenge was to modernize an outdated eCommerce experience, with a legacy site built on a custom CMS and cart. Codal conducted an onsite discovery, identifying pain points and business rules. After stakeholder interviews and competitive analysis, they modernized the experience, focusing on faster checkout, intuitive UX, and dynamic pricing.
